We're looking for a
Senior Political Field Incharge
who understands grassroots politics, has deep knowledge of Mumbai's political geography, and can lead on-ground operations with intelligence, strategy, and execution.

Role Overview:

As a
Senior Associate
in our Political Field Team at
PRW
, you will be responsible for driving key field initiatives, collecting and analyzing intelligence, and building strong local organizational (sanghatan) structures. You'll coordinate with teams, conduct surveys, track political sentiment, and turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:


• Build and manage local political teams and volunteer networks (sanghatan building)


• Gather ground-level intelligence, identify emerging issues, and report key findings


• Conduct area-wise surveys and voter data analysis


• Develop area-specific political strategies based on demographic and social insights


• Collaborate with candidates, campaigners, and political stakeholders


• Organize and oversee political events, rallies, and outreach programs


• Monitor local legislative developments and assess political impact


• Mentor junior field staff and ensure smooth execution of political operations


• Maintain detailed records and ensure data integrity for compliance and reporting

Must-Have Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in political field operations or campaign management

Strong knowledge of Mumbai's political and socio-economic landscape

Proven experience in ground-level data collection, voter sentiment analysis, and issue identification

Effective leadership, coordination, and team-building skills

Ability to think strategically, solve problems on the ground, and respond under pressure
