Key Responsibilities

  • Own your monthly
    sales targets
    and help us reach ₹100 Cr in ARR
  • Counsel leads via
    calls, virtual demos, and in-person walk-ins
  • Work on
    lead generation
    ,
    client acquisition
    , and closing deals
  • Share insights with marketing/product teams to optimize campaigns
  • Train and build your own team of
    sales counselors
  • Lead initiatives in
    GTM strategy
    ,
    expansion
    , and
    remote team building

Must-Have Skills

  • 1–4 years of experience in
    business development
    ,
    sales
    , or
    marketing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of
    sales funnels
