Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing:
  • Handle monthly payroll processes accurately and ensure timely disbursement.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain and update payroll records with confidentiality and precision.
  • Excel Expertise:
  • Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for payroll analysis and reporting.
  • HRMS Operations:
  • Manage payroll activities using SPINE HRMS software effectively.
  • Statutory Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other compliance requirements.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Address and resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Hands-on experience with SPINE HRMS software.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll regulations.
  • Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
