Job Title: Collection Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for Collection Telecallers with strong communication skills to interact with customers and follow up on overdue payments. Candidates should be confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in any two languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Telugu, etc.)

Clear and pleasant speaking voice

Experience in customer calling or collection (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to handle customer queries and persuade them to make timely payments

Must be target-oriented and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

Call customers with pending dues

Explain outstanding amounts and payment options

Follow up regularly until the payment is collected

Maintain records of calls and collections

Handle objections or complaints professionally
