**Job Title**: Telecaller - Blood Sample Collection Process.

**Job Location**: Green Lands Road, Ameerpet, Hyd-500016.

**Job Type**: Full-time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact patients, healthcare providers, and potential clients via phone to schedule appointments for blood sample collection.
- Provide detailed information about the collection process, guidelines, and safety measures.
- Confirm patient details and collection schedules, making adjustments as needed.
- Answer any questions regarding the sample collection procedure, preparation, and post-collection care.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and patient interactions in the database.
- Assist in resolving any concerns or issues that may arise related to blood sample collection.
- Coordinate with field staff or collection teams to ensure timely visits and sample pickups.
- Follow up with patients to remind them of upcoming appointments or necessary preparation.
- Ensure that patient privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and understanding in all communications.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare-related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of medical terms related to blood sample collection is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Empathetic and patient-focused approach to handling sensitive information and situations.
- Proficiency in using phone systems, computer software, and customer management databases.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

**Languages: Hindi, English & Telugu.**
- **06 Days working.**:

- **Office timings: 10.00 am to 6.30pm.**

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
