We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sample collection.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of new sample collection protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sample collection processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patients.
- Conduct site visits to monitor and evaluate sample collection practices.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in sample collection.
- Provide training and support to junior staff members on sample collection best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
- Proven experience in sample collection, preferably in a clinical research or pharmaceutical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to sample collection is desirable.
