About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Sales Head
to lead our sales operations across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the sanitary ware and bathroom fittings industry, proven experience in building dealer/distributor networks, and a strong track record of achieving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership:
    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Team Management:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional Managers, Sales Executives, and Channel Partners.
  • Channel Development:
    Expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks across regions; ensure strong relationships with trade partners.
  • Market Expansion:
    Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Key Accounts:
    Manage relationships with large clients, builders, architects, and institutional buyers.
  • Brand Building:
    Work closely with marketing teams to implement trade marketing, promotions, and visibility programs.
  • Sales Forecasting:
    Prepare and monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Competition Analysis:
    Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
    Collaborate with supply chain, production, and product development teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum
    10+ years of experience
    in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, or related building materials industry.
  • Strong network with
    dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and builders
    .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
