We are looking for a Head Plant / General Manager – Operations for a reputed chemical manufacturing organization.

Location : Dahej

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical) Full Time

Experience: 24 to 28 years (with 10 to 12 years in a managerial role)

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end operations of a Membrane Cell Caustic Soda Plant, ensuring production efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Oversee daily plant operations and production targets
  • Drive process optimization, cost control, and energy efficiency
  • Ensure strict safety and environmental compliance
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless plant functioning
