Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading Project for AI like Video,Audio & General Transcriptions
  • Manage Vendor & doing vendor management
  • Making and monitoring for production analysis to help planning of entire Production Team.
  • Weekly score card and production report to be sent to top management and team leaders.
  • Prepare report through "Tableau Analytics "software also.
  • Responsible for all the quality controls checking of production department.
  • Reporting and meeting with my colleagues and team leaders once in a week.
  • Identifying root cause analysis and submit to the management for further improvement of the performance of the production team.
  • Monitoring a setup for the new client performance by production and QA team.
  • If Production Team required, some data to Reduce Error % then give to him.
  • Leading junior employees in team & help him to solve their problems.

Experience Required :

  • 3 to 5 years

Required:

MQPM (Msc.QPM) with specialization in Lean six sigma black belt
