JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for day to day operations, patient data tracking & upskilling the units.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Monitoring the stock levels & indent the same to Central Purchase.

Verification of goods indented vs goods received.

Maintenance of store materials/ orders/PO/GRN

Training of stores staff & maintenance of records and submission of same to central purchase.

Any other works assigned by the management from time to time.

Key Result Areas / Roles & Responsibilities

Primary : Insurance trackers and data analysis.

Secondary : MIS reports, Revenue tracking.

Key Performance Indicators

MIS reports, OP to IP data, Consultant patient ratio, patient average length of stay analysis,OP TAT report, IP discharge TAT tracking.

Skills/Competencies

Functional Skills: Verbal / written communication skills, Data analysis.

Behavioural Skills: Team player, analytical ability.

Technical Competencies: MS office, understanding medical terminology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
