Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Chennai, Madurai, or Coimbatore. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring up to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, with a mandatory skill in social media advertising, to drive our marketing strategies and enhance our brand presence.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Social Media Advertising (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to create and manage effective ad campaigns on social media platforms.
  • SEO: Proven experience in optimizing content and websites for search engine visibility and improved ranking.
  • Google Analytics: Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance, gain insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Content Strategy: Ability to develop engaging content strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with brand objectives.
  • To handle Promotions, awareness camps, Shows, ATL, BTL Activities, Mall, Apartment, Corporate Activities
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Expertise in setting up and analyzing A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing tactics and optimize outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy development.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior to refine marketing approaches and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of engaging content across multiple channels to increase customer engagement.
