Administrative Management
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures across regional offices/facilities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Supervise regional administrative teams, conduct performance reviews, and promote professional development.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial control related to administrative operations.
Facility Management
- Oversee maintenance, safety, and security of all regional properties and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
- Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage space planning, allocation, and utilization to optimize operational efficiency.
Liaising & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between regional offices, corporate headquarters, government agencies, and external service providers.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments to support operational objectives.
- Represent the company in negotiations related to contracts, leases, and service agreements.
Real Estate Management
- Manage property acquisitions, disposals, leases, and renewals within the region.
- Conduct due diligence and market analysis to support real estate decisions.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with landlords, developers, and brokers.
- Oversee property management and tenancy relations.
Service Management
- Ensure delivery of high-quality support services including security, cleaning, catering, and transport.
- Monitor service provider performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for administrative and facility-related services.
- Handle customer/staff feedback and resolve escalations efficiently.
