Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role based in Mandsaur. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the organization, driving business growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include managing finances, leading business development and sales strategies, developing comprehensive business plans, and ensuring operational efficiency. The CEO will work closely with stakeholders to achieve long-term sustainability and success for the organization.

• Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management
• Proven experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Demonstrated success in Sales and driving revenue growth
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site work environment
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the education, training, or oil manufacturing industries is advantageous
