Cross Sell of other products / services of the bank.

Maintain liaison with _Gold_ _loan_ department/ Departments in Zonal/ Head Office for speedy resolution of problems faced by branch.

Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers needs.

Analyze applicants financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting _loans_.
