About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building strong client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options.
Conduct site visits and property tours, ensuring clients are well-informed and comfortable throughout the process.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service.
Achieve quarterly sales targets through proactive follow-ups and lead conversions.
Stay updated on industry trends, property laws, and market developments to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth deal closures and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills to clearly convey ideas and information.
Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills to build trust and close deals.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Basic knowledge of the real estate sector is an advantage.
