Our client, one of Indias leading interior fit-out and furniture solution provider needs-

Post : Executive / Senior Executive SCM (Procurement)

Location : Andheri W, Mumbai

Qualification : BE Mechanical/ Electrical

Experience : 5 Years

Salary : Upto 50 k

Job Profile

  • Review tender documents (technical and commercial) and identify requirements, deadlines, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate with engineering, finance, and project teams to gather required data for tender proposals.
  • Maintain a tracker for tenders floated, submitted, won, and lost with analysis.
  • Float enquiries to approved vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
  • Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of vendor offers in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply.
  • Prepare comparative statements and recommend vendor selection based on evaluation criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenders, purchase orders, correspondence, and approvals.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternative sourcing and supplier development.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the SCM and Tender functions.
