Job Description - VALET MANAGER

  • Checking and maintaining the stock of the valet tickets & other stationary etc.
  • Patrolling all Valet area to check if any problems in valet. Checking of lights, cleanliness and maintenance of the car valet lifts.
  • Checking log register and attendance for the VALETS and signature everyday
  • Daily revenue collection and deposits.
  • Supervising planning and scheduling VALET and other ASSIGNED PERSONNELS' duties,
  • Evaluating performance of the ASSIGNED PERSONNEL
  • Document and report all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, theft, missing articles etc.
  • Investigating and responding to CUSTOMER'S complaints & resolving conflicts.
  • Monthly training along with the drivers, supervisors, and cashiers.
  • Daily co-ordination with the operations manager of the COMPANY and the CPM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹42,167.44 per month
