A **Valet Driver** is responsible for providing parking and vehicle retrieval services for customers at various locations, such as hotels, restaurants, event venues, or other businesses. Their primary role is to ensure that guests’ vehicles are parked in a safe and efficient manner while offering a high level of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting Guests**: Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance with parking their vehicles.
- **Parking Vehicles**: Drive and park guests' vehicles in designated parking areas while ensuring the safety and security of the vehicles.
- **Retrieving Vehicles**: When guests are ready to leave, retrieve their vehicles promptly and return them in the same condition as when they were parked.
- **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: Maintain a positive attitude, address guest inquiries or concerns, and provide assistance with luggage if necessary.
- **Maintaining Safety**: Ensure that vehicles are parked in compliance with safety regulations, including avoiding blocking other vehicles or fire lanes.
- **Maintaining Parking Areas**: Keep the valet parking area organized and free of obstructions. Follow all company procedures related to handling vehicles.
- **Handling Keys**: Safeguard and manage vehicle keys appropriately to avoid loss or confusion.
- **Monitoring Vehicle Condition**: Report any damage to a vehicle immediately to management, ensuring accountability.
- **Compliance with Traffic Laws**: Follow all traffic and parking laws while driving guest vehicles to prevent accidents and violations.
- **General Support**: Assist with other tasks as needed, such as delivering vehicles to a specific location or helping guests load/unload items.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Driving Skills**: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfort in driving a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
- **Customer Service**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle guests' vehicles with care and pay attention to safety protocols.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods, and handle physical tasks such as loading or unloading luggage.
- **Professional Appearance**: Present a well-groomed and polished image in uniform.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Capable of addressing any issues that may arise with vehicles or guests in a calm and efficient manner.

**Educational Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Previous valet or customer service experience may be preferred but is not always necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
