We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will help design, implement, and manage online marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and boosting sales across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and online presence.
  • Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns to drive organic traffic and engagement.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and ensure effective budget management.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and websites.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics such as web traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to assess campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing content and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to implement best practices.
  • Monitor competitors' digital marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Understanding of online reputation management (ORM) and branding strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
