MERN Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MERN Full Stack Developer to design and develop modern, scalable web applications. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, using MongoDB, , React, and to deliver high-performance and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ).
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
  • Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both frontend and backend.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs, services, and databases.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Develop, test, and deploy new features and functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues across the entire stack.
  • Collaborate in an agile development environment and attend daily standups and sprint planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, ).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end development frameworks , Redux).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
  • Solid understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth) and security best practices.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • Ability to write unit tests and work in a test-driven development environment.
  • Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in full-stack development, particularly with the MERN stack.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
