Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT/software sales across international markets.
- Handle lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and deal closure for global clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across different regions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored IT/software solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM tools, client records, and follow-up activities effectively.
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of experience in international sales (preferably in IT, software, or digital services).
- Proven track record of client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of global markets and customer behavior.
- Ability to handle the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Flexible to work across time zones as per client requirements.
