Job Summary:

Creative Wings Marketing Agency LLP is seeking a dynamic Tele caller Executive with strong communication skills and confidence in handling cold calls. The successful candidate will manage client interactions, support lead generation, and follow up with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients with confidence and professionalism
  • Explain the company's services and offerings clearly
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information
  • Understand client requirements and route calls appropriately
  • Maintain call logs and prepare reports of interactions
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding client queries

Requirements:

  • 0 to 1 year of telecalling or similar customer-facing experience
  • Proficient verbal communication skills in Tamil and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-handling abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Confident in cold calling and building rapport
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
