As a Tele caller at **HIGH-Q PROFESSIONAL ACADEMY (P) Ltd,** you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, informing them about our various courses, and guiding them through the enrolment process. You will play a key role in communicating the value of our academy’s programs and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our courses.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the academy’s programs, fees, and benefits.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to queries about courses, schedules, and other services.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and enrolments.
- Follow-up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and course registration.
- Assist with resolving student concerns and offer solutions in a timely manner.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills for English & local language (both verbal and written).
- Comfortable speaking with students, parents, and potential clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
