Job Title: Backend Developer – (2–5 Years)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer with expertise in  and relational/non-relational databases to join our growing tech team. You'll play a key role in building scalable APIs and backend services powering our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using  and 

Design efficient data models and manage databases using SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)

Optimize application performance and database queries

Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code

Implement best practices for authentication, authorization, and data validation

Perform unit and integration testing using tools like Jest, Mocha, etc.

Work with tools like Git, Postman, and Docker

Monitor backend services and troubleshoot production issues

Requirements:-

2–5 years of professional experience in backend development

Strong hands-on experience with  and 

Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.)

Experience with REST APIs, API documentation, and integration

Understanding of middleware, routing, and async operations in

Familiarity with authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth2)

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have:-

Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, or WebSockets

Knowledge of Redis, ElasticSearch, or message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus

Contributions to open-source or personal GitHub projects
