K Raheja Corp is looking to expand its horticulture team

Job Description

  • Should handle the landscape BOQ /estimation/rate analysis/budgeting /billing and certifications with measurement sheets

  • He should manage tree inventory records and the upkeep of all tree authority dockets at KRC sites.

  • He should arrange and manage the visits of tree authority officials on site and explain the tree authority matters about the trees affecting construction work.

  • He should know about the tree authority-related rules, regulations, and compliances.

  • He should be responsible for tree authority-related matters at each site and the management of existing and new planted trees in coordination with the respective site Horticulturist

  • Expecting knowledge of transplantation techniques and maintenance preferable

  • Maintenance of existing tree numbering and census with record keeping on site as well as master file records

  • Well-versed in drafting and speaking skills.

  • Written or spoken proficiency in English, Marathi, or Hindi.

  • He must be ready to handle additional responsibility as per the requirements of the company related to horticulture work as and when required pan India

Years of Experience : 6-8 Years

Location : Mumbai , Navi Mumbai

Qualification : B.Sc. AGRI/BOTONY/horticulture/forestry
