Job Description We are hiring candidates for an International Tech Voice Process for US shift. Fixed night shift.

Process : Inbound
Shift timing – Both Morning and night shift

Job Description:
Recommendation of technical help through easy steps
Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills
Software or Service packages to be sold
Resolving all issues promptly, thoroughly and in a cost effective manner.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education- Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
o    Candidates must have minimum 6 months of relevant documented experience.
o    Undergraduates are also eligible
o    Must have basic to moderate knowledge of computer functionality.
o    Must have flawless vocabulary & neutral accent
o    Must be comfortable with night shift
o    Must be a good team player
o     Candidates having soft skill will be preferred
