Key Responsibilities :

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Assign and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.

Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline updates.

Identify new markets and customer needs to generate business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer requirements.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Organize regular sales meetings to review performance and resolve challenges.

Train and onboard new sales executives while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Analyze sales trends and performance data to recommend process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria :

Bachelor's Degree from recognised university.

3-5 years of handsome experience with proven track records in their field.

1-2 years of experience in a leadership and managerial post will be prefered.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proefficient in MS Office and CRM Software.

Ability to thrive under pressure and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation :

Up to 25,000 per month + Lucrative performance based incentive.
