Role & responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Company and Domestic brand for Indigo Knits, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs
- Getting Countering sample from the Product Development & Design team at the earliest and closest to client requirement.
- Negotiating with the clients on rates and delivery period.
- Drive achievement of targeted sales maintaining a focus on profitability and brand integrity.
- Manage all operational issues related to Order booking, Order placing with internal team, including inventory management, order fulfillment, dispatch and customer service.
- Collaborate with clients & internal design team on seasonal planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to each Global Denim Trends, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance.
- Ensure timely receipt and processing of stock deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and minimizing stock outs.
- Responsible for Monthly / Quarterly / half yearly & Annual Sales Targets.
- Responsible for Monthly / Quarterly / half yearly & Annual Sales Reports.
- Coordinate with accounts to reconcile discrepancies and address any outstanding payment issues.
- Monitor payment schedules and track outstanding invoices, working proactively to ensure timely payments and minimize financial risk.
