We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage the digital presence of our real estate brand. The ideal candidate will handle property promotions, lead generation campaigns, and brand storytelling across all social media platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, market understanding, and analytical thinking to attract potential buyers and investors online.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Strategy

  • Plan, design, and execute monthly social media calendars for projects and brand campaigns.
  • Create engaging content — posts, reels, stories, property highlights, walkthroughs, and testimonials.
  • Write compelling captions with real estate keywords to boost visibility.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business).
  • Ensure brand tone, visuals, and messaging remain consistent.

3. Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Optimize ads for cost per lead (CPL) and target audiences (location, income, interest).
  • Work with the sales team to track inquiries and conversions from campaigns.

4. Engagement & Community Building

  • Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and property inquiries.
  • Engage with local community pages, brokers, and real estate influencers.
  • Manage client review posts and success stories.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement insights.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on followers, reach, engagement, and leads.
  • Recommend content or budget adjustments based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive / Digital Marketer in Real Estate, Property Consulting, or Advertising Agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
