Role Description

The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks, maintaining high sanitation and cleanliness standards, and ensuring guest rooms and common areas are well-kept. Duties include bed preparation, replenishing supplies, cleaning and organizing rooms, and reporting maintenance issues. The role also involves collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and cleaning products
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Ability to independently follow service standards and maintain a professional appearance
  • Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols
