Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Front Desk Assistant, based in Delhi, India. The Hotel Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls professionally, addressing guests' needs promptly, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming hotel experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining administrative records, addressing guest inquiries with efficiency, and executing receptionist duties with poise and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Experience with administrative assistance and maintaining organized records
- Proficiency in performing reception duties such as scheduling, guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Food and Beverage Service Abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with hospitality industry software and multilingual abilities are a plus
