Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR - Admin Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, helping us attract and hire top talent. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about human resources, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Hands-on experience on End-to-End recruitment.

ü Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other platforms.

ü Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

ü Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.

ü Coordinate with the Senior HR team to understand job requirements.

ü Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

ü Support in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.

ü Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

ü Assist with background checks and documentation during onboarding.

ü Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

ü Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.

ü Handle general administrative tasks like documentation, and record-keeping.

ü Ensure a smooth day-to-day functioning of the office environment.

ü Organize and manage company events & celebrations.

Qualifications and Skills:

ü Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

ü 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.

ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates & team members.

ü Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

ü Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets & email correspondence.

ü Positive attitude, team player, detail – oriented, and willingness to learn.
