Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales and Tele Caller. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing information about available properties. The role also involves coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and closure of deals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in tele calling and lead generation
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Ahmedabad
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate is an advantage
