About the Role

We're looking for a driven business development manager to lead B2B growth, build partnerships with corporates, hotels, retail chains, and sustainability-focused organisations, for a new textile-circular brand. You'll own the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing large-scale and custom orders, while deepening relationships with strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients in corporate gifting, hospitality, travel & tourism, and retail
  • Create and execute a targeted B2B sales plan with quarterly revenue goals
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organisations
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts for bulk orders and custom manufacturing
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate weekly reporting
  • Collaborate with production & design teams to deliver client-specific products
  • Represent our brand at events, trade shows, and industry forums
  • Drive fabric collection drives into corporate CSR and sustainability programs

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in sustainable products, lifestyle brands, or corporate gifting
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong network within corporate procurement, HR, and sustainability departments
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
