Duration: Part-Time
• 2 Months (Contract Role)

Working Mode: Field-Based / Community Visits

Reports To: Apartment Counsellor

Role Overview

MySkool Learning Pvt Ltd is seeking motivated and reliable Field Executives to collect accurate and verified apartment and community data, which will support our expansion of MySkool Times (Pedaskills community programs).

This role is ideal for individuals looking for a short-term, flexible field assignment, and does not require prior experience—just strong communication skills, basic smartphone usage, and the willingness to travel locally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection from Apartments & Communities

  • Visit assigned apartment complexes, gated communities, layouts, and societies within the designated area.
  • Collect essential information such as:
  • Apartment name & address
  • Target only Apartments with 100 Flats
  • Apartment Association details
  • Office bearers (President/Secretary/Manager)
  • Contact numbers and email IDs
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and correctness of the collected data.

2. Interaction with Community Representatives

  • Engage and communicate politely with security staff, front desk, association members, or facility managers.
  • Explain the purpose of data collection when required.
  • Follow guidelines for professional conduct while interacting with community members.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Update all collected information daily into App / Excel as instructed.
  • Capture clear photographs where required (gate, notice board, office contact details).
  • Submit daily progress reports to the Apartment Counsellor

4. Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure data integrity and avoid duplication or misinformation.
  • Follow MySkool's field guidelines, safety instructions, and submission protocols.
  • Maintain punctuality, honesty, and discipline throughout the assignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum education: PUC / Diploma / Any Undergraduate
  • Good communication skills (Local Language / English preferred).
  • Ability to travel locally within assigned zones.
  • Basic smartphone usage (camera, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work on the field.
  • Prior field experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Schedule

  • Part-Time (Flexible hours; typically, 3–5 hours per day)

  • Weekly briefings and daily check-ins required.

Compensation

  • Fixed monthly stipend + performance incentives (based on number of apartments successfully mapped).
  • Mobile/internet/travel allowance may be provided as per company policy.
