About The Role

Techoftheday is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, talented, and creative Visual Graphic Designer to join our expanding team. You will create a diverse range of visual assets that strengthen our brand identity and support marketing initiatives. You will work closely with marketing and sales to turn project goals into impactful, visually compelling designs.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging social media graphics for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Develop brand elements such as logos, color schemes, and typography.
  • Produce packaging designs that are functional and aligned with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
  • Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to craft high-quality visuals.
  • Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback when required.
  • Ensure final designs adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in branding, packaging, and social media creatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools or Generative AI.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creativity combined with problem-solving ability.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation.
  • Understanding of social media marketing formats and trends.
