Position Overview: As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing visual concepts that align with client goals and brand identities. You will oversee design projects from conception through execution, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with other creative professionals to produce outstanding advertising materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership:
• Lead the creative direction for projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions that meet client objectives.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring design consistency.
• Creative Conceptualization:
• Develop and present creative concepts and design strategies that align with client briefs and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the design process from initial concept through final execution, managing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with print and digital production teams to ensure the accurate and high-quality production of design assets.
• Brand Development:
• Create and maintain visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design outputs.
• Design and refine brand identity elements, including logos, typography, and color schemes.
• Innovation & Trends:
• Stay updated with industry trends, design technologies, and best practices to continually bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects.
• Experiment with new design techniques and tools to enhance creative outputs.
• Quality Control:
• Review and provide feedback on design work produced by junior designers and other team members to ensure it meets high standards of quality and creativity.
• Client Interaction:
• Present design concepts and solutions to clients, incorporating their feedback and making adjustments as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic design advice.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of advertising and branding projects.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
