Zscaler Engineer

(Remote ) Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, India Project scope

* Migration of infra from traditional security platforms to Zscaler cloud-based platform.

* Resources are required to work in hyper care support team (telephonic / email / Chat support) which will involve handling deployment related incidents around the globe.

Skillset Required

* Sound knowledge on Zscaler ZIA and ZPA architecture preferably certified ZIA / ZPA

* Hands on experience or extensive training on Zscaler is Mandatory

* Windows Client OS Troubleshooting for Networking issues

* Installation and un-installation of softwares (vpn clients, antivirus etc)

* Troubleshooting vpn client software* Good and professional English communication is must.

* Candidates should be willing to work in shifts

* L2 knowledge on firewall technologies

* Basic network switching

* Sound knowledge of vpn technologies

* Good understanding of network security

Shift Coverage - 24 * 7

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
