The position is responsible for strengthening TAK's digital brand presence through high-quality visual design, motion graphics, and structured content management. The role requires a professional who can create visually consistent communication assets, manage key social media platforms, and support cross-functional teams with aligned messaging. The selected candidate will ensure that TAK's visual identity is accurately represented across all digital channels while driving engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility.

What You Will Do:

  1. Design and animate creative assets for TAK's digital and social media campaigns.
  2. Produce engaging videos, GIFs, banners, and brand collaterals end-to-end.
  3. Manage and grow TAK's social media presence—especially on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  4. Develop content calendars and streamline posting/scheduling workflows.
  5. Track content performance, analyze metrics, and generate insights to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
  6. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and HR to ensure aligned messaging and visual consistency.
  7. Maintain, refine, and evolve TAK's visual style guide across all communication platforms.

What You Will Bring

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (design-related majors preferred).
  2. 1–3 years of experience in digital/social media design and content strategy.
  3. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management, including page handling, community engagement, and analytics.
  4. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in visual design, animation, or multimedia content creation.
  5. Certifications in animation, motion graphics, or video editing (e.g., Arena Animation, MAAC, Coursera) are an advantage.
  6. Proven work showcasing motion graphics, brand storytelling, and video content.
  7. Solid understanding of typography, layout, and design systems.

Essential Technical Requirements

  1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects/K-Den; basic exposure to 3D tools like Blender.
  2. Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX prototyping.
  3. Ability to use Canva as a quick-turnaround design tool.
  4. Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, etc.) for creative enhancement.
  5. Video editing skills for product explainers, event coverage, and branded content.
  6. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube content formats.
  7. Understanding of platform-specific strategies, content types, and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
