The ideal candidate should have a strong mix of content creation, digital marketing execution, and communication excellence. This role involves developing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining brand consistency across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Social Media, Google Ads, Email, SEO, etc.)
  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, case studies, and newsletters
  • Manage and optimize company and client social media handles with consistent brand voice
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to deliver visually appealing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and other digital tools
  • Research trends and create relevant, creative, and high-performing digital content
  • Participate in client meetings and internal discussions — confidently presenting ideas and updates
  • Ensure timely delivery, attention to detail, and alignment with brand strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — must be able to represent the brand confidently
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
  • Creative storytelling and copywriting ability with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Canva / Adobe Creative Suite / video editing tools is a plus
  • Smart, energetic, and self-driven — able to multitask and deliver under deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, EngageBay, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation and lead generation
  • Ability to think creatively, plan strategically, and execute with precision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
