Position Name: Portfolio Review Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Portfolio Performance Analysis:
Analyze financial and operational performance of portfolio companies.
Maintain and update portfolio tracking models and dashboards.
Review and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.
2. Reporting & MIS:

Prepare internal reports for the investment committee and senior leadership.

Generate customized dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets.

Support LP reporting requirements with updated portfolio performance metrics.

3. Data Collection & Management:

Coordinate with founders to collect relevant KPIs, updates, and board decks.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting from all portfolio companies.

Organize all portfolio data in structured repositories (CRM, Drive.).

4. Strategic Support:

Support value-creation initiatives by identifying red flags or growth opportunities.

Track key milestones like fundraising rounds, revenue growth, team changes, etc.

Assist in preparing exit strategy analysis and valuations.

5. Governance & Compliance:

Ensure companies are compliant with reporting obligations as per investment terms.

Track ESG, leg


Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in portfolio monitoring, equity research, investment banking, or VC/PE.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with startup metrics and financial statements.
