This is a hands-on opportunity to manage communication with our workshop audiences, level up our video content and social media, and become a crucial part of our brand-building story. High performers can earn a full-time offer and a share of future profits as our venture grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Priority 1: Outreach & Communication
  • Send reminders and nurture workshop attendees via Email & WhatsApp, ensuring high attendance and engagement.
  • Maintain spreadsheets or basic CRM on communication.
  • Priority 2: Customer Success
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve content and engagement.
  • Lead and co-organize a workshop every Sunday, and a 2 day workshop once a month, and participate in maximising value for every stakeholder by engaging the audience, helping in clearing their doubts.
  • Priority 3: Media Creation & Video Editing
  • Regularly shoot and edit videos and pictures for social media and workshops (1 day/week in-person in Gurgaon required).
  • Edit reels and long-form clips for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools (must have existing access or ability to get).
  • Assist with brand image and creative storytelling—think like a filmmaker
  • Priority 4: Graphic Design & Social Support
  • Create visually appealing posts and graphics on Canva.
  • Assist with social media posting, ideation, and growth campaigns.
  • Priority 5: Learning & Creative Contribution
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve content and engagement.
  • Learn personal finance skills and help translate them visually for the audience

Who Should Apply:

  • Gurgaon-based students/young professionals.
  • Demonstrated interest or portfolio in video editing + film creation.
  • Comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (show prior work or do a short assignment).
  • Familiar with Canva for graphic design
    (show prior work or do a short assignment).
  • Strong communication skills, especially written (emails/WhatsApp, English/Hindi).
  • Enthusiasm for personal finance and willingness to learn.
  • Creative and hands-on, with the ability to think like a content creator.
