Growth Intern (Sales + Marketing)

, we're building India's go-to platform for pet parents — from dog walking and grooming, to food, treats, and accessories. We're now looking for a 
Growth Intern
 to help us 
scale a key revenue stream
 through a mix of sales and marketing hustle.

This is not a "fetch coffee" internship. You'll be working directly with the founders and the growth team, testing ideas, running campaigns, speaking to customers, and tracking results — with real ownership.

What you'll do

  • Sales Hustle:
  • Generate and qualify leads for our target revenue stream.
  • Reach out to potential customers/partners via calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Support in closing deals and building relationships.
  • Marketing Execution:
  • Run scrappy campaigns on WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, and email.
  • Draft content (posts, captions, DMs) that converts.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest quick iterations.
  • Growth Ops:
  • Analyze funnels and customer journeys to spot drop-offs.
  • Coordinate with ops, product, and marketing teams to push experiments.
  • Share insights directly with the leadership team.
