Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative at MD PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Kolkata. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing excellent customer service, following up on leads, and addressing customer inquiries about real estate offerings. The Telesales Representative will also collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and stay updated on company products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with prospective clients effectively
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to resolve queries and provide assistance
  • Sales skills and a track record of achieving targets in a sales-focused role
  • Capability and enthusiasm for participating in Training sessions to improve performance
  • Ability to work in a team-driven environment with dedication and a results-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivation and a proactive attitude in achieving sales goals
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field
