Were growing fast, and our success depends on attracting and hiring amazing engineers.

As our Lead Technical Recruiter, you'll take the lead on scaling our engineering team in India. Youll own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and outreach to closing, while building a strong talent pipeline for future growth.

This is a high-impact role for a driven, self-starting recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments. Youll work closely with engineering leadership to define hiring needs, shape our employer brand, and design recruiting strategies that bring exceptional technical talent to Rise.

The day-to-day

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles across multiple teams and functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, define job requirements, and advise on talent strategy.
  • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess both skill and culture fit.
  • Drive an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve our hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to strengthen Rise's employer brand in India's tech

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS or product-focused environment.
  • Proven success hiring engineers in India across software development, DevOps, QA, or product roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical stacks, especially modern web technologies (Ruby on Rails, React, AWS, etc.).
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields strongly preferred.
  • Experience using modern ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bonus: Experience building recruiting processes or leading a small team.
  • Bonus: Exposure to North American or global hiring environments.
