Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Ability to understand technical documentation, Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MIRO, Figma etc.
Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences including Product commercial and technology stakeholders.
Pragmatic delivery-oriented mindset with the vision drive and diplomacy required to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and multiple stakeholders being able to influence others without direct authority.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with technical tools (e.g Postman, SQL)
Understanding of system domains
Background: Previous experience as a Technical Product Owner or Similar role
Extensive experience of scaled agile software delivery lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Owning and prioritizing Squad's backlog in alignment with product management and strategic goals,
Lead technical analysis including scoping refinement and transition of features into development ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Lead agile ceremonies including planning and reviews
Contribute to agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and retrospectives
Collaborate with the Engineers and QA to ensure high quality feature delivery.
Facilitate product and technical discussions and act as the point of for queries.
working within the agile and sky frameworks and contribute to the squared process hygiene.
Responsible for identifying opportunities for technical optimization
Ensuring alignment through dependency tracking and cross team coordination
Responsible for communicating the progress and updates to stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary.
- Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
- Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
- Identifies and assesses probable interactions of related computer systems and predicts impact of a change in assigned system.
- May review proposals, including gathering facts, analyzing data and preparing project overview which compares alternatives in terms of cost, time, availability of equipment and personnel etc. Recommends course of action.
- Functions as a liaison between the client, community and internal IT and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems.
- Ensures data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations.
- Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
