What You Should Have

  • Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
  • minimum 1 year of international customer support experience.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
  • Stellar customer service skills and the ability to de-escalate customer frustration
  • Should be a Graduate from any subject

What You Will Do

Making outgoing call to the healthcare client to provide them information and also get information from them.

Verify documents and create reports and submit the same for a review and claim
