We are looking for an D365 Business Central Developer for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience". Somebody who is passionate about AV. We take pride in our employees, known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.
 
What are your responsibilities?  
  • Lead in-house development and customization of D365 Business Central/MS NAV.
  • Develop, customize, and integrate D365 Business Central / MS NAV solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members to improve their proficiency in Business Central.
  • Utilize tools like C#, AL, and C/AL for development while integrating AI-assisted code generation tools.
  • Manage and optimize cloud environments with AWS or Azure.
  • Develop custom APIs and integrations using REST, OData, JSON, and XML.
  • Ensure data security and quality standards.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Does experience count?  
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in D365 Business Central / MS NAV development.
  • Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming
  • Proficiency in C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, ASP.NET, and GIT.
  • Experience with web services, APIs, JSON, XML, and OData.
  • Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven AWS or Azure cloud experience.
  • Proficient with AI code generation tools and workflows
  • Customer service and solid communication skills are a must
