About Us:

Joysuites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is developing The Foresta, a premium hospitality project located in Paud, Mulshi. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Site Engineer to manage site operations, ensure timely project execution, and maintain high-quality construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure work quality as per approved drawings.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project progress.
  • Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks, safety inspections, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and assist in project documentation.
  • Resolve technical issues and ensure work completion within deadlines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in construction site supervision (hospitality, resort, or commercial projects preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil work, materials, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle site independently and manage multiple contractors.
