As a Performance Manager, you will drive impactful initiatives that enhance sourcing performance, directly contributing to Nokia's mission of creating a sustainable and efficient digital world. Your role will involve leveraging data analytics to identify opportunities, facilitate collaborative workshops, and lead continuous improvement efforts across the source-to-contract process. By fostering a culture of best practice sharing and challenging the status quo, you will play a crucial part in enabling our sourcing teams to meet targets and optimize operations, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation in connectivity and technology solutions.

  • Drive performance enhancement in strategic sourcing through data analysis and implementation reporting.
  • Identify and initiate improvement projects to optimize sourcing outcomes and efficiency.
  • Lead interlock meetings and workshops to foster collaboration within sourcing teams.
  • Provide problem-solving guidance and coach categories on addressing KPI deviations effectively.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices to elevate overall team performance.
  • Coordinate target setting and management reporting for end-to-end performance insights.
  • Challenge the status quo to ensure targets are translated into actionable initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the source-to-contract sub-process for enhanced results.

You have:

  • Graduate or Masters degree with10+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Hands-on mentality with a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with E2E performance management.
  • Coaching or facilitation experience in a team environment.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Familiarity with E2E performance management.
  • A technical background in relevant fields.
